What an incredible experience everybody was super professional. I was a little worried at first because I’m so used to the doctors doing image work and MRIs and Dr. Padra. He literally just did an exam and we found the exact same spot that I got diagnosed, but then there was another spot with my SI joint, which I’ve never been told about which actually caused more pain than my other spot which was my lower back…. So we just did both and it’s been a week and I’m already feeling a difference. I’m hoping three week mark is gonna be the time where I really really start to feel it so thank you again. You guys were awesome. I will definitely be sending people to you and at some point come back when I need it. 🙂
What is SI Joint Dysfunction?
The sacroiliac joints connect the lower spine to the pelvis and act as shock absorbers during movement. Dysfunction or inflammation in these joints can cause:
- Persistent lower back and buttock pain
- Pain that worsens with standing, walking, or climbing stairs
- Radiating discomfort to the hips or groin
- Difficulty sitting or sleeping comfortably
SI joint dysfunction can arise from trauma, arthritis, pregnancy, or degenerative changes, often leading to significant impairment in daily activities.
Regenerative Treatment Options for SI Joint Dysfunction
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
PRP therapy uses your body’s own healing growth factors to reduce inflammation and support repair in the SI joints.
Autologous Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cells harvested from your bone marrow or fat tissue help regenerate damaged joint structures, improving stability and reducing pain.
Both treatments are performed in our Beverly Hills clinic under precise imaging guidance for maximum safety and comfort.
